Blueberry Smoothie
Vanilla soymilk would be a delicious alternative to milk in these antioxidant-rich, vibrant purple smoothies.

Ingredients
- frozen blueberries - 2 cups
- milk - 2½ cups
- blueberry or vanilla yogurt - 2 containers (6 oz each) (1⅓ cups)
- Honey or agave nectar - if desired
Instructions
In blender or food processor, place blueberries, milk and yogurt. Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey. Pour into 4 glasses. Serve immediately.
